@ExON00 Definetly top 10. Val Kilmer, Robert DeNiro, Al Pacino (all from Heat), Bruce Willis and Mark Whalberg are definetly up there too. Bruce Willis especially. He’s got an excellent high grip.

This scene is on a very slow fast forward, I had no idea until I watched the same scene on someone elses channel, for once though I think it looks quite good sped up.
I didn’t used to like T. Cruise until Vanilla Sky. The Collateral beats all the “hitman” movies hands down. Great acting, directing, photography, MUSIC! Hardly ever can you watch an ordinary plot like this transformed into an art piece. I guess the credit has to go to Michael Mann - the same was true with another ordinary plot made into something big - Miami Vice series from the 80s. Superb!

This is shockingly very realistic. Maybe the scene here can actually really be done in real life. I have friends who witnessed targetted killings in a very busy street. They said the victim was too shocked to move although a gun is pointed at him. The crowd reacted slowly in disbelief. At close range, two bullets went side by side into the poor guy’s chest. The one who tried to help him had his thigh bone shattered by the third slug. Then the assasin just walked away.
Would anyone fight Vincent?

Once I saw Tom Cruise as Vincent, I regretted all my judgements I had about him. He in Collateral is simply flawless, he should of at least got a Oscar nomination. He is just amazing.
