Orderd Cookbook, the 3Hour Diet Book, & 3Hour Diet On the Go, received 2 of the diet books, no cook book. Probably be my last purchase if they can’t send the items ordered, and have no way I could find to contact them saying I received the wrong item.

While the 3-hour diet concept may be a terrific marketing ploy, the cookbook uses many foods with hydrogenated or partially-hydrogenated fats (TRANS-FATS). These need to be weeded out before the cookbook can be considered a viable diet plan.

I can not believe it. This is the first diet I ever tried and actually worked. I lost 7 pounds in the first week. I was so excited. It is so easy, if you are on the go just carry almonds in your bag not to miss your snack. I just started my 4th week and up to 11 pounds gone. I need to work this week on having smaller portions. I have been eating good but I feel I am still over eating.
