LANCASTER — Bob Devol had been fielding questions about his 1903 Oldsmobile replica for a couple of hours. And he didn’t mind a bit. Devol was one of the roughly 30 car enthusiasts who showed off their wheels at the Faith Memorial Church’s LaborFest and Cruise-In.
